Conference realignment hit overdrive with the Pac-12 being disemboweled and Oklahoma and Texas bolting the Big 12 for the SEC. The Big Ten added four West Coast schools from the Pac-12’s picked apart carcass. A league born and raised in the Midwest, eventually spread its wings out east, and has now planted its flag in Hollywood and the Pacific Northwest.
