With the 2024 Washington County football season quickly approaching, here’s a look at the top 30 returning players on offense.
1. Jayden Yates, Saint James
Yates, a junior quarterback, passed for 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns and ran for 911 yards and 12 TDs in nine games last season.
2. Ceonta Wilmore, Williamsport
Wilmore, a senior wide receiver, had 38 catches for 866 yards and seven TDs last year.
3. Alex Fletcher, Saint James
Fletcher, a senior lineman, stood out at left tackle last season, helping the Saints average 309.1 yards per game in total offense.
4. JoJo Davis, South Hagerstown
Davis, a junior running back, rushed for 726 yards and six TDs and had 12 catches for 135 yards last year.
5. Aiden McCarty, Hancock
McCarty, a senior running back, rushed for 716 yards and 10 touchdowns last year.
6. Parker DeBaugh, Boonsboro
DeBaugh, a junior running back, rushed for 494 yards and eight touchdowns and had 13 catches for 200 yards and three TDs last season.
7. R.J. Franklin, South Hagerstown
Franklin, a senior lineman, helped an anchor an offense that amassed a county-leading 3,654 yards from scrimmage last year.
8. Colin Telemeco, Boonsboro
Telemeco, a senior quarterback, passed for 609 yards and 10 touchdowns and rushed for 296 yards and two TDs last year.
9. Khalil Peggues, North Hagerstown
Peggues, a senior receiver, had 26 catches for 480 yards and three touchdowns last year.
10. Sammy Stonebraker, Saint James
Stonebraker, a senior running back, rushed for 619 yards and four touchdowns last year.
11. Alex Matthews, Clear Spring
Matthews, a junior running back, rushed for 523 yards and four touchdowns last year.
12. Cahauri Alford, South Hagerstown
Alford, a senior receiver, had 21 receptions for 359 yards and six touchdowns and also rushed for a pair of TDs last year.

14. Masiah Martin, Williamsport
Martin, a sophomore receiver, had 30 catches for 390 yards and two touchdowns last year.
15. Joseph Holt, North Hagerstown
Holt, a senior lineman, stood out at tackle last year, helping the Hubs amass 3,219 yards of total offense.
16. Antonio Balls, South Hagerstown
Balls, a senior lineman, helped the Rebels average 29.3 points per game last year.
17. Will Bennett, Clear Spring
Bennett, a junior receiver, had 24 catches for 390 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 138 yards and two TDs last year.
18. Carter Nesbitt, Smithsburg
Nesbitt, a senior quarterback, passed for 673 yards and six touchdowns and had a pair of TD runs last year.
19. Ayden Weakfall, Smithsburg
Weakfall, a senior receiver, had 21 catches for 228 yards and four touchdowns last year.
20. Nick Cullember, Clear Spring
Cullember, a senior lineman, stood out at tackle last year for the Blazers, who finished with four wins, more than the previous two seasons combined.
21. Sam Shank, Clear Spring
Shank, a senior lineman, made his offenisve impact at the guard position last year.
22. Gary Fisher, North Hagerstown
Fisher, a junior lineman, stood out at tackle last year for the Hubs, who totaled 1,898 yards in the air and 1,321 on the ground.
23. Austin Dinsmore, Boonsboro
Dinsmore, a junior lineman, is switching from guard to tackle this year for the Warriors, who averaged a county-high 30.5 points per game last fall.
24. Shawn Thomas, Hancock
Thomas, a senior receiver, had 17 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns last year.
25. Hayden Hodge, Clear Spring
Hodge, a junior quarterback, passed for 636 yards and four touchdowns and had a TD run last year.
26. Cassius Freeman, South Hagerstown
Freeman, a senior receiver, had 11 catches for 160 yards and a touchdown last year.
27. Xavier Colbert, Saint James
Colbert, a junior receiver, had 15 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns last year for North Hagerstown.
28. Jayten McCarty, Hancock
McCarty, a sophomore running back, rushed for 311 yards and a touchdown last year.
29. Graham McLean, Boonsboro
McLean, a senior guard, was a standout tackle last year, helping the Warriors rack up a county-high 2,663 rushing yards.
30. Javoun Frith, North Hagerstown
Frith, a senior running back, rushed for 226 yards and two touchdowns last year.
