The Round of 16 at the 119th Rhode Island Amateur Championship is in progress this morning as the tournament heads toward the final stretch.

Match play began Wednesday, with the Round of 32, and Round of 16 play began at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, with quarterfinal play set for the afternoon. The semifinals will take place Friday morning, leading to Saturday’s 36-hole championship.
