Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz continues to perform at a fantastic level for the Spanish national team. Ruiz was a standout for La Roja at UEFA Euro 2024 and it’s continuing into the UEFA Nations League competition.
Spain faced Switzerland on Sunday night at Stade de Genève, and it was the Ruiz show during the Matchday 2 contest. The 28-year-old scored a brace, following goals in the 13th and 77th minute, while entering an elite group in the Luis de la Fuente era.

It will be interesting to see if Ruiz can translate this performance to PSG, as they’ll need him in the coming weeks with Ligue 1 and UEFA Champions League fixtures on the horizon after this international break. Nonetheless, it’s good news for the Parisians to have a confident Ruiz to help the squad.
