Plymouth Argyle are targeting a famous FA Cup upset after stunning Liverpool by taking the lead in the fourth round.

The Championship club broke the deadlock after Harvey Elliott handled in the box, with Ryan Hardie calmly converting after a lengthy pause.

Miron Muslic’s side pushed the Reds throughout a tense opening half, with Arne Slot losing Joe Gomez to injury early on.

And with a one-goal deficit, Isaac Mabaya, sent on to replace Gomez earlier, was hauled off with Darwin Nunez sent on to rescue the Reds.
