STILLWATER — Oklahoma State is back on the market for a quarterback in the 2025 recruiting class.
Four-star senior Adam Schobel announced his decommitment from the Cowboys and immediately committed to TCU on Monday.
I have been a TCU fan since the day I was born and when they called, I quickly realized it was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down. An opportunity to play alongside my cousin at my parent’s alma mater… With that being said, I will be signing with TCU in December!! pic.twitter.com/WuNc2Na8yB

Schobel, who is 6-feet-5 and 200 pounds, was the highest-rated commit the Pokes have landed under quarterbacks coach Tim Rattay. The Columbus (Texas) High School star is a top-20-rated quarterback in the upcoming senior class, according to most scouting services.
Schobel had initially committed to Baylor before flipping to OSU in April.
But the pull to TCU was too great. His father, Matt, played tight end for the Horned Frogs before playing 99 games in the NFL.
