Michigan State football has invited an in-state offensive line prospect to attend its season-opener vs. Florida Atlantic.
Braden Chaffin of Detroit announced on X on Saturday that he’s received a formal invitation from Michigan State to attend its season-opening matchup against Florida Atlantic. Chaffin is an interior offensive lineman prospect in the 2027 class.
Chaffin is currently not ranked on 247Sports.
Outside of Michigan State, Chaffin has received interest from a handful of other schools. According to 247Sports, he holds offers from Central Michigan, Marshall and Kent State. He also has received interest but no offer from Northwestern.
