EA’s “College Football 25” launched Monday for those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, while the standard worldwide launch isn’t until July 19.
The hype and buildup for this release has been massive as the video game franchise’s last installment came in 2013 with “NCAA Football 14,” which featured Michigan’s Denard Robinson on the cover.
Iowa State players got an early look at the game at Big 12 Media Days, where J.R Singleton beat Jayden Higgins 13-0 in their trial.
“It was a surreal feeling,” Singleton said. “When you’re a little kid, you want to be in the Madden game, but now you get an opportunity to be in the college football game and have your name on the jersey in the game.
