Former Inter Milan and Nigeria defender Taribo West turned 50 yesterday.
After making a name for himself at French club Auxerre, Taribo West joined Inter in 1997.
He spent two years wearing the Nerazzurri shirt before swapping allegiances at the San Siro midway through 1999/2000.
Indeed, he joined Inter’s arch-rivals AC Milan in the winter transfer window.
However, the move didn’t pan out well, resulting in West leaving Serie A for good the following year.
Now, Inter took to Instagram to wish him a happy 50th birthday, saying: “Grit, charisma and an unmistakable look.”
