Woods needs to climb inside the cut line of the top 64 scores from the two days of stroke play to reach the tournament bracket match play that will take place through the championship match on Saturday. Woods will be playing on the South Course, which has served as Oakland Hills’ home for major championships for over 100 years. It was renovated from 2019-21 and plays 500 yards longer than the North Course.
Tiger is expected to be in attendance as a fan for the second straight day after he walked with the crowds following his son during the first round Monday. Parents are not allowed to caddy for their kid during the U.S. Junior Amateur.
