Vaclav Cerny has expressed his intentions of delivering success to Rangers during his season-long loan.
The 26-year-old, who played alongside Danilo at Ajax, is keen to bring his European experience to the club and to link up with Brazilian again.
“Where the pressure is obvious, that makes it even more beautiful I think to achieve things at a club like this.
“I can’t wait to play with him [Danilo] again, as with the other guys who play here but with Danilo there was always this special connection we talked about up until today so I can’t wait to do it again.
“It is part of this club to be able to win trophies and I think the main goal for this season that I am coming here is to do that.”
