New signing Vaclav Cerny “can’t wait to get started” at Rangers after joining on a season-long loan from Wolfsburg.
The Czech Republic international – who represented his country at the recent Euro 2024 – explained his switch to Ibrox moved quickly after being sold on manager Phillipe Clement’s vision after their initial discussion.
“It’s a very nice day for me, I’m happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started,” he told RangersTV.
“From the first talk, I had a very good feeling. From there on, it went very fast, I was happy with the contact and I just couldn’t wait to get down here and get started.
“The talks with the managers, the things he wants to achieve matches what I want to achieve and I’m just glad it’s going to be at this beautiful club.”
