West Ham’s proposed signing of Bayern Munich defender Noussair Mazraoui is off.
That is according to German football journalist Florian Plettenberg, who states that despite a transfer fee being agreed between clubs and the player himself, there has not been an agreement with the 26-year-old’s agent.

This has led to the Irons’ withdrawing from negotiations, allowing Manchester United to take pole position in the race to sign the Moroccan international.
The Old Trafford club had been linked with a move for the player but only if they sold Aaron Wan-Bissaka first, who had turned down West Ham earlier in the week.
