The 2024 season is right around the corner for the OU football team.
After going 10-3 (7-2 Big 12) last season and falling to Arizona in the Alamo Bowl, OU is entering uncharted territory. It has moved to the SEC along with its long-time rival, Texas.
OU is led by Brent Venables, who’s in his third season as head coach. He has a 16-10 record (10-8 Big 12) during his time with the Sooners.
OU will begin the 2024 campaign with a home game against Temple on Aug. 30. It’s the first of four non-conference games for the team, which will kick off SEC play with a home game against Tennessee on Sept. 21.

Tickets for OU’s season opener against Temple on Aug. 30 start at $34 on StubHub and $26 on Vivid Seats. Prices in the lower level range from $36 to $265.
Tickets for OU’s conference opener against Tennessee on Sept. 21 start at $256 on StubHub and $215 on Vivd Seats. Prices in the lower level range from $234 to $799.
The cheapest home game to attend is against Maine on Nov. 2. Tickets start at $24 on StubHub and $21 on Vivid Seats. Prices in the lower level range from $24 to $231.
OU has a rivalry game against Texas on Oct. 12 in Dallas. Tickets start at $420 on StubHub and $387 on Vivid Seats. Prices in the lower level range from $502 to $1,773.
