🚨 Former Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare dies, aged 60

Former Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare has passed away at the age of 60, his family have confirmed.

The Englishman spent much of his career as an assistant manager, enjoying spells with Aston Villa, Watford, Hull City, Norwich City and West Brom as well as being Claudio Ranieri’s no.2 for the famous Premier League win with Leicester.

His sole managerial gig came with the Foxes, where he was in charge from March to October 2017.

“Craig passed away peacefully this morning at home surrounded by his family”, his relatives confirmed.

“The loss is devastating to us all and we would ask that privacy be given at this incredibly difficult time as we try to come to terms with, and mourn, the loss of a very special person.”
