A different kind of football takes centre stage on Sunday, with Super Bowl LIX kicking off in the United States.
As one of the most significant sports events in the world, a surplus of professional athletes are in attendance to watch the Kansas City Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles.
Inter Miami star Lionel Messi made headlines as he entered the building, while FIFA president Gianni Infantino is also at the big event.
Fellow Inter Miami stars Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and Luis Suarez later caught up with Messi in the stands.
Meanwhile, Atlético de Madrid stars Antoine Griezmann and Koke also made the trip to the USA one day after drawing the Madrid derby 1-1 with Real Madrid.
Other European clubs and teams also played up the event on social media, with plenty of eyes worldwide expected to stay up late to watch the game.
